Rhinoplasty before and after. This patient had a previously fractured nose and desired correction of his breathing and nasal asymmetry. He underwent an open septoplasty and rhinoplasty to improve his breathing and correct nasal deviation. This is his 4 month result and results will continue to improve as final swelling and appearance resolves over the next few months.
