Microneedling in Webster, TX
What is Microneedling?
A Microneedling device has fine needles that glide across the skin, creating tiny punctures that stimulate new collagen production. Microneedling can be used anywhere in the body to improve the appearance of damaged or aging skin, including the face, neck, and chest. Treatments are minimally invasive and take less than 30 minutes.
During a simple blood draw, growth factors are collected and prepared into a plasma like a serum. Your own growth factors increase collagen and decreases healing time. The plasma can be injected (aka” Vampire Lift”) or topically applied during the microneedling process to enhance the microneedling procedure.
The skin has improved texture, firmness, decreased scars, decreased pore size, and diminished fine wrinkles. Multiple treatments are typically needed to obtain desired results, about 1 month apart.
Recovery from Microneedling
Swelling and redness resolves within a week.
